Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project management pre-job planning, timelines and budgets, project set-up.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to projects.
  • Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for project proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Solve problems that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam or other related industry software.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset.
