The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients within the care center. Working under the supervision of physicians and the clinical services team, the LPN supports patient care by assisting with examinations, administering medications, and documenting patient information accurately and timely.

Licensed Practical Nurse Essential Functions :
- Coordinating and running a flu and COVID clinic
- Provides general nursing care to patients.
- Maintains exam rooms for necessary supplies and materials. Prepares list of medical supplies needed.
- Ensures cleanliness.
- Observes, records and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.
- Educates patient & family about diagnostic procedures, medications, nutrition and maintenance of health and wellness.
- Maintains / reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information. Posts tests and examination results.
- Adheres to infection control / safety guidelines, and confidentiality policies.
- Perform other duties / tasks as requested by providers, coordinators, and management in accordance with office procedures / policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling patient's medical records and information.

Education and Experience :
Must have an active LPN licenseCompletion of an approved LPN program requiredMinimum of one-year professional nursing experience, clinic experience preferredMust maintain CPR certificationMust have a strong background in vaccine administration.
