Clinicians will be able to choose their own hours, according to the hours expectation based on full-time hour requirements. Full-time therapists will be responsible for keeping a minimum of 20 scheduled appointments and at least 15 billable hours per week.
Supervise a minimum of two junior cliniciansPrep for client sessions including reviewing case notes ahead of timeMaintain regular weekly sessions with clientsSubmit client session notes, diagnosis & assessment, treatment plans, and discharge notes via SimplePractice platform within 24-48 hours of the sessionCommunicate with the clinical and admin team in a timely mannerAttend weekly / biweekly check-ins with the practice owner during the 90-day probationary periodRequirements :
Have an active and non-restricted license as an LCSW in the state of New YorkBe willing to complete credentialing and insurance paneling requirementsAbility to maintain proper licensure, including acquiring necessary CEUs, training, etcHave a working laptop and reliable internet with access to an ethernet cordDesignated professional, quiet, and distraction-free workspaceQualifications :
Experience, training, or an unwavering interest in at least one of the following areas :
