Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Operations serves as a key executive leader ensuring people, systems, and resources align with organizational goals. The position oversees Programs, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Information Technology, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic vision and operational priorities.
• Lead and support directors to ensure program alignment and measurable impact.
• Implement an EOS-based operating system to enhance accountability and performance.
• Oversee Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, and Program Operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage data systems and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with financial leadership on budgeting, compliance, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee HR operations, recruitment, and professional development.
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
