MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II- MANUFACTURING
3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 8 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM & every other Friday 11 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our production operations running smoothly by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment across the facility. What You’ll Do
Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and safety programs, while promoting safe work practices.Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.Quickly respond to emergency and unscheduled repair requests while efficiently performing scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment operationApply technical skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment.Execute welding, fabrication, and torch operations to efficiently repair and maintain production equipment.Operate and fine-tune furnaces and control systems to optimize performance and maintain safe operating conditions.Accurately document maintenance activities, including production time cards and repair records.Follow all guidelines for the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete maintenance tasks effectively.Perform preventive maintenance on machines, plant equipment, and facilities.Perform basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and maintenance, to support the safe and efficient operation of facility systems.Safely use a wide range of tools, meters, and material-handling equipment.Report defective operations or materials, and escalate issues to supervision promptly.Conduct safety checks on cranes, forklifts, and chains, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in alignment with company policies and quality standards.What We’re Looking For
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.Preferred : Completion of a craft apprenticeship or enrollment in a two-year Associate Degree program (mechanical, electrical, automated systems, or industrial maintenance).Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceAttention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-taskAbility to climb ladders and work at elevations up to 60 feetEffective communication skillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work orders, and schematics.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs is a plus.Why You’ll Love Working Here

This position involves working in production areas with operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and related equipment. Employees may be exposed to high temperatures, outdoor weather, wet or humid conditions, loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, or hazardous chemicals.
