Reports To : Director of Special Education / Student Services Coordinator
Job Summary :
We are looking for a licensed and passionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver virtual speech and language therapy services to K12 students in Nevada . The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, and provide support aligned with students' IEP goals all within a remote setting. Candidates must hold a valid Nevada SLP license.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide remote speech and language therapy services in accordance with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and student needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams, parents, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes, session logs, and pliance records.
Ensure services ply with IDEA, FERPA, and Nevada Department of Education requirements.
Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools to engage students effectively.
Required Qualifications :
Licensure :
Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Nevada State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology .
Certification :
ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Education :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Experience :
At least 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred.
Experience with teletherapy or remote service delivery is a plus.
Skills & petencies :
Strong clinical knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based therapy methods.
Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a remote caseload independently.
Technology Requirements :
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
