Job Description

Position :

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture / design, and process detailing.
• At least 4 years experience with ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch Skills
• At least 2 years experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in project and talent management.
• Experience with project management.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
