Overview
The Manager of Marketing will be strategic, results-driven to lead the centralized development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the Unical Aviation brands, including ecube and Unical 145, with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and proven success in positioning aviation brands, generating leads, and building customer loyalty across global markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across commercial, defense, and / or private aviation sectors.
Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape brand positioning and corporate communications.
Design, update, and maintain all marketing materials (presentations, photos, videos, flyers, etc.).
Monitor, update, and design content for the Unical website, social media accounts, and other Unical accounts.
Provide support for e-communications including ordering brochures, business cards, and handling the trade show application & registration process.
Monitor organization’s general email and respond as appropriate.
Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Online project planning and management.
Marketing campaign performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Technical proficiency for managing and working with digital marketing tools for email campaign generation and execution, social media, etc.
Organizational and project planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [industry, e.g., technology, retail, healthcare].
Knowledge of SEO / SEM strategies and content marketing best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Travel
Up to 25% travel / as needed.
Languages
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
