NEW Physical Therapist Opening – Full Time (Day Shift)

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehabilitation Services team. This is a full-time, day shift position where you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and live life to their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs as prescribed by physicians

Administer physical therapy modalities to restore function and prevent disability

Support patients in reaching their maximum performance within their capabilities

Coordinate and supervise supportive staff (PTA, aides, etc.)

Document care accurately and in a timely manner

Participate in quality improvement, safety, and departmental initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

CPR certification (or obtained during orientation)

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Steady work history with reliable attendance
