Job Title : RN OR Location : Burlington, VT Contract duration : 16 weeks Shift : 4X10 -hours Schedule : Days(rotational) Key Responsibilities : Circulate and scrub for surgical procedures in a variety of specialties including General, GU, GYN, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Thoracic, and Vascular Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict aseptic technique and monitor for adherence to infection control standards Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs to ensure smooth surgical flow Provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care documentation in Epic Assess and respond to patient status during procedures, ensuring safety and quality of care Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff or travelers as needed Support emergency procedures and respond effectively to critical situations Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and ethical nursing standards Requirements : Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in a large academic Level I Trauma Center Prior travel nurse experience required EPIC experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) Must be able to circulate all specialties except CVOR Must be able to scrub General, GU, GYN, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Thoracic, and Vascular cases Current BLS and ACLS certification (through AHA) Active state RN license in good standing Interested?
