How You Will Make An Impact
The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for collaborating with key business and marketing partners to create engaging stories and campaigns for an omnichannel digital experiences. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations to marketing partners for optimal content discovery, cross-channel integration, and campaign execution as well as support the planning and execution of onsite content updates. Your work will amplify the omnichannel campaign experience through thoughtful onsite content strategies that place the end consumer first. Utilizing your skills in content strategy and developing a comprehensive content playbook, you will improve the omnichannel campaign experience for both B2B and D2C audiences.
What You Will Do
- Define, drive and own the digital onsite content playbook across commerce and content. Centralize look-forward plans, gain stakeholder buy-in and ensure flawless execution of the playbook through to onsite activation.
- Lead cross-functional planning and alignment meetings; striking a thoughtful balance between leadership buy-in and identifying quick-win opportunities that drive the marketing team forward at scale and efficiency.
- Drive collaboration and alignment, and most importantly build trust, across multiple cross-functional partners (Marketing, Creative, Club / Select, Category Management, Sales, Merchandising, Digital, Innovation) needed to bring campaign stories to life in a digital, online format.
- At the direction of the marketing lead, facilitate and support high-impact marketing briefs with copy and creative partners to identify core positioning of marketing campaigns that ladder back to aggressive marketing KPI deliverables across lead generation and revenue goals.
- Manage marketing team adoption of processes you define, ensuring successful roll out and ongoing support. Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout and make necessary adjustments to processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Formulate deep partnership with internal Marketing, Merchandising, Category, and Analytics teams, as well as outside agencies and partners, to identify and deliver strategic, integrated campaigns that drive outcomes aligned to functional team goals & objectives.
- Keen pulse on marketing content and selling calendar pivots as needed, to support new company initiatives, adjustments to project timelines, and accounts for company needs from both a macro and micro level.
- Supports annual company initiatives within campaigns and guides team expectations as aligned with broader marketing team and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Actively partner with the content team to aid awareness and engagement of leaning-based content across blogs, webinars and other content-based web experiencesstrategically driving incremental long and short-form content.
- Provide constructive and consolidated stakeholder feedback on creative work to ensure it meets the deliverable's objectives, messaging hierarchy and overall campaign outputensuring campaign deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule.
- Manage the launch of final creative assets, ensuring minimal rounds of drafts and efficient turnaround times.
- Partner with the marketing lead and analytics teams to measure campaign performance metrics and analyze results to identify areas for optimization playbook, copy and creative.
- Stays informed about business performance, campaign results, customer insights and external trends to influence current and future campaigns and digital content strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, feedback, and iterations for future reference.

Experience in evaluating campaign impact and ROI in relation to business objectives is important for achieving positive outcomes.Analytical with Critical Thinking In-depth knowledge of content strategies and commerce content strategies, along with the ability to effectively manage both areas and understand the metrics that support each aspect of the business.Cross-Functional Management Proven ability to successfully work with support functions such as Marketing, Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and Digital Content.Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant experience.5+ years of experience in content marketing, blogs, social media, webinars, eCommerce, B2B marketing, and / or similar roles with an in-house or agency marketing team.Tools Proficiency - Experience with marketing project management platforms such as Asana, Miro, and Figma, as well as familiarity with CMS platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing content.Experience in a multi-channel retail company preferred.Understanding of the BSN SPORTS brand with an affinity for the in-school, club and collegiate sports industry.Physical Requirements
