    The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for its Mid Market group. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's health and benefits solutions to self-insured employers, with a focus on inspiring and enabling individuals to live free of chronic disease. This role requires a proven track record in navigating complex environments and selling to senior-level executives, as well as a deep understanding of the benefits environment and processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving customer needs, operate with integrity, and have a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities within the territory, executing the sales process, and collaborating with strategic partners and health plans to drive new business. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have experience in a similar role, with a background in selling health and / or benefits solutions. The role demands a high level of energy, the ability to motivate prospects, and a strong track record of quota achievement. The candidate must be disciplined, motivated, and capable of running the entire sales process. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role is based in the western or midwestern US and requires the flexibility to support clients across different time zones. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience working for an emerging-growth company is a plus.
