A company is looking for a Concierge - Call Center to enhance the coordination of members and providers for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
Schedules member appointments and manages pre-visit information, including payment collection
Assists with administrative duties related to the recruitment process of Virtual Physical Therapists
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED certificate required
1 year experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
3 years general office experience including administrative support and project management
Computer proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
