Job Description : Pay Range : $81.20hr - $86.20hr

  • The Senior Programs Operations Manager is responsible for supporting partnership leads in managing and activating select event partnerships.
  • This role will lead the development of program plans, design partnership operating systems, track and report event partnership programs, and support strategic initiatives across partnerships.
  • Strategic initiatives may include contracted partner credit, coupon, or gift card programs, booking integrations, partner onboarding to client platforms, and other custom programs.
  • As partnerships and pilot programs evolve, this role will develop scalable operations and processes to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Champion operational excellence and consistency across selected events.
  • Serve as the primary lead for client booking support, product support, and event partner platform usage.
  • Collaborate, design, and deliver onboarding and enablement tools for effective partner use and efficient internal delivery.
  • Design and manage credit programs, credit tools, and credit delivery systems.
  • Support overall program management for key event partner booking integrations.
  • Manage relationships and ensure event partner engagement aligns with global brand and partnership priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional and local teams to provide strategic guidance, best practices, playbooks, and templates for service delivery and opportunity development.
  • Collaborate with business operations, finance, accounting, legal, product, and communications teams for coordinated delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships regionally and globally.
  • Optimize platform usage for event partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and own operating systems for select partnerships, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, resources, and event deliverables.
  • Drive consistency and accountability with cross-functional leads to produce scalable playbooks, guidelines, and templates.
  • Maintain and update timelines, milestones, and operational roadmaps quarterly based on results and findings.
  • Support global training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver leadership and cross-functional reporting. Communicate findings, insights, and key metrics to leadership teams to inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Requirement / Must Have

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing medium to large projects or programs from initiation to launch within complex environments.
  • Proven experience in partnership or event operations management.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive forward initiatives.
  • Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Asana).
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing ambiguous programs and implementing structure and consistency.
  • Strong situational awareness, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
