This position is a key role in maintaining each location by maintaining the grounds, buildings and equipment. This position offers a wide range of tasks and will challenge your creative and effective problem-solving skills.

While there will be little involvement with our families, you will most likely occupy the same space from time to time, so a sense of decorum and professionalism is a must.

Requirements :

• Carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimum direct supervision.
• Successful execution of assigned programs / work orders as they relate to cost, quality, and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• General Skill Set in the Following :
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, Drywall Repair, and Flooring Repairs (highly proficient in one or several fields is highly preferred)
• High school diploma, or equivalent certification
• Basic computer and mobile phone skills
• Intermediate proficiency reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
• Proven mechanical aptitude
• Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually.
• Gunderson will provide all tools needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport a load up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff at each of our 9 locations.
• Ability to manage a running to-do list and prioritize effectively
• Clean driving record
