Youll leverage your HubSpot expertise (and ideally Salesforce or multi-CRM experience) to configure systems, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver scalable solutions. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent client communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Optimization : Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs. Configure CRM objects, automation, reporting, and integrations.Client Discovery & Solutions : Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, pain points, and success criteria. Translate business needs into HubSpot solutions.Salesforce & Integrations : Apply Salesforce expertise (and other CRM knowledge) to design and deliver integrations, migrations, and hybrid HubSpot-Salesforce environments.Training & Enablement : Provide client training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure long-term success.Continuous Improvement : Stay current with HubSpot releases and ecosystem tools.
