Our client is a large property management company looking for a condominium property manager.
The property manager will be responsible for interacting with tenants, landlords, and owners.
Attend Board Meetings
Manage Multiple Properties
Handle inspections
Meet with the Board of Directors
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with Boards of Community Associations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively.
- Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance.
