This role is responsible for assigning work, monitoring progress, training team members, and serving as a key liaison between production and other departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
• Assign personnel and delegate tasks to ensure efficient production of parts and vending machines
• Interpret engineering specifications, job orders, and production prints and communicate clear instructions to team members
• Train new team members on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Monitor and support team performance while fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Load daily production data into the production tracker and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution
• Confer regularly with managers and other team leads to coordinate operations and resolve cross-functional issues
• Complete and submit the department's shortage list by noon daily
• Collect and review daily production logs, entering the data into the appropriate manufacturing files
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area; ensure trash is removed daily

Base pay range : $23.90 / hr - $26.89 / hr
