Description :

Dialysis - 8 hours a week (min. 1 year experience required)

ALF - 4 hours a quarter

LTC - 16 hours a week

Hospital - 6 to 8 hours a week

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

DiningRD is actively seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and / or behavioral health. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
  • Participation in the care planning process.
  • Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting / long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
