Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Physical Therapist

• Duration : 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Minimum Years of Experience required : 1 year
• Will accept a first-time traveler : Yes, if seasoned to home health
• Driver's License and proof of Insurance required for all positions
• PT : BLS; State Licensure required
• OT : BLS; State Licensure required
• Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions)
• OASIS-E (assessment tool) experience required
• Experience with geriatric / Adult, chronic disease management, maintenance notes required
• IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching skills required
• Radius rule : Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
