Temporary Corporate Funds Attorney

A company is looking for a Temporary Corporate Funds Transactions Attorney to provide coverage for a team member on leave.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee ancillary document drafting, including officer's certificates and resolutions

Manage structure chart preparation and updates for fund originations and joinders

Coordinate ERISA and UCC reviews, maintain closing checklists, and ensure compliance management

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership

5+ years of experience in fund finance, debt finance, or related legal practice

Strong organizational and oversight skills

Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively

Experience collaborating with internal support teams
