Process Customer Orders with Precision (80%)

Ensure orders are accurate and ready for production.

Communicate with customers to clarify details and confirm timelines.

Be the expert on order entry – Simple, Easy, Fast is our mantra!

Anticipate order volume trends to support production planning.

Communicate Like a Pro (10%)

Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.

Use your voice (and your keyboard) to keep orders moving smoothly.

Drive Process Improvements (5%)

Suggest better ways to do things.

Take part in group problem-solving and share your bright ideas!

Support the Business as Needed (5%)

Jump in and help wherever needed – we’re all about teamwork.
