Now, we're looking for experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join our Worcester, MA team and be part of a company that values professionalism, respect, and quality of life.

  • Top-Notch Equipment - Operate well-maintained Western Star sleeper cabs and 40'-53' dry vans. Our fleet is clean, safe, and driver-approved.
  • Competitive Pay, Predictable Earnings - Earn $0.64 per mile, $20 per stop, and $50 per diem on overnight trips. Average $1,250-$1,500 weekly working only 4 days.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver flooring products safely and professionally to commercial warehouses across New England.
  • Provide outstanding service as the face of CCL with every customer interaction.
  • Keep equipment clean, organized, and road-ready.
  • Handle freight safely (up to 75 lbs) using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Uphold DOT and company safety standards because at CCL, safety is our priority.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Valid CDL Class A license and DOT Medical Certificate (minimum 1 year).
  • At least 2 years of CDL driving experience and a clean driving record.
  • Physically able to handle freight and equipment.
  • A professional, customer-service mindset with reliability and high energy.
