Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Location : Coldwater, MI

Start Date : 12 / 1 / 2025 | Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days | 40 hours / week (option for 4x10s or 5x8s)

Weekends : None | On Call : None | Holidays : Not required

Position Summary :

The Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or surgery.

Essential Functions :

Determines appropriateness of prescribed therapies and goals based on patient condition.

Performs evaluations, diagnostic tests, and therapeutic exercises to improve or maintain function.

Instructs, motivates, and assists patients through exercise programs and physical therapy modalities.

Administers treatments using physical agents, manual therapy, and traction when indicated.

Maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental policy.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of PT experience – Required

Previous travel experience – Preferred

BLS (AHA) – Required
