• Employed practice seeks BC / BE Pediatrician to join their team as a Lead Pediatrician
• Base $205,000 - $210,000
• Scope of practice includes clinical practice, education, consultation, and program coordination. Position is 75% clinical and 25% administration
• Average daily patient volume : 18-22
• Very minimal call - after hours answering service - phone only
• Option for 4-day work week
• Clinic hours : 8 : 30 am to 5 pm with an evening clinic once a week
• Manage Pediatricians and supervise NPs
