Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support legal operations related to commercial property transactions, lease administration, and development projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in navigating complex real estate matters in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review leases, REAs, and related documents for exclusives, use restrictions, and critical terms.
- Conduct due diligence on lease provisions including relocation, co-tenancy, and termination rights.
- Draft legal documents such as amendments, purchase agreements, and CC&Rs.
- Coordinate title / survey reviews and resolve issues for title insurance.
- Research property ownership and diagram fee / leasehold interests.
- Support shopping center sales with due diligence and buyer responses.
- Maintain transaction records, closing binders, and department files.
- Manage escrow and prepare closing documents.
- Assist with estoppels, easements, and development agreements.
- Maintain internal databases and development memos.
- Notarize documents or obtain commission.
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.5+ years of Real Estate Paralegal ExperienceBachelors degree.This role is hybrid; 4 days a week on-site, 1 day remote.If interested, apply here!
