Job Title : People - Total Rewards Analyst / Compensation Sr. Consultant

Job Location : 100% Remote

Assignment Duration : 2 months

About the Role :

  • As a CBRE Compensation Sr. Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support for our Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud module.
  • This contract role is ideal for a seasoned compensation professional with deep knowledge of compensation processes and systems, particularly Oracle Compensation Cloud.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Total Rewards team and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs and system operations.

What You'll Do :

  • Serve as the lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to address complex compensation matters and deliver system-enabled solutions.
  • Support compensation planning cycles, including testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Compensation Cloud functionality.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Oracle Fusion compensation tool bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation workflows and user experience.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and support to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to improve compensation operations and drive process efficiencies.
  • What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 8 10 years of relevant experience in compensation, including system implementation and support.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is required.
  • Certified Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and influence cross-functional teams.
