Overview
Metz Air Control is a fast-growing, family-founded HVAC company expanding into Los Angeles. We're looking for a motivated HVAC Technician who can also sell and who knows how to service, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, while confidently presenting equipment replacement and upgrade options to homeowners. This role will also play a key part in establishing and growing our new LA satellite office.
Responsibilities
- Run residential HVAC service calls (diagnose, repair, maintain).
- Present and sell equipment replacement options to homeowners.
- Manage daily operations of the LA satellite office (with support from the Chino headquarters).
- Ensure excellent customer service and represent Metz Air Controls values in the LA market.
- Track and report sales performance and job progress to management.
- Support install crews with proper job setup, customer communication, and follow-up.
- Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment to high standards.
