Lead Devops Engieer (Onsite)

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead Devops Engineer(Onsite) with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Experience Required

8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP
• Build CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitOps, Jenkins, and ArgoCD
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS, GKE, OpenShift)
• Implement security best practices with SonarQube and JFrog Artifactory
• Manage feature deployments using LaunchDarkly
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash and Python
• Leverage AI tools like Windsurf to build self-service tools
• Ensure HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
• Configure and optimize build agents
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues independently
