We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the group and focus on Civil Engineering related to site development and redevelopment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation and coordination with both in-house and sub-consultant engineering teams. This role is at our Arcadis office on the border of Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

Role accountabilities

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources and / or civil projects
• Preparation of construction documents, calculations and reports for public or private clients
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
• Working with municipalities on necessary permits
• Client interface and coordination
• Project management of site development or redevelopment
• Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $132,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
