Position Overview

A top general contractor is looking to bring on a Project Executive will oversee the Interiors business and all phases of construction projects, responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of $50M-$100M in annual revenue This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Competitive Salary : $170,000 - $210,000 (DOE) with opportunities for stock and bonus
