Overview

We Are Verified (WAV) is a talent management company representing social media creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs. Our mission is to be the best digital-age talent management company in the world. WAV is seeking a Talent Platform Manager (TPM). The TPM will coordinate day-to-day talent operations within the Account Platform Management team for the assigned roster. Ensure plans are executed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of scheduled materials.
  • Execute approved workflows within the Account Management team.
  • Maintain accurate internal logs.
  • Provide coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • Clearly demonstrate the ability to manage accounts, be able to post and chat with subscribers
  • Consistently
  • A great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism at all times, particularly with difficult fans
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Able to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast paced, high volume team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to accept feedback and execute changes efficiently

    Hourly position. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours / week. Wages vary based on factors including experience, demand, and availability. Must be open to varying shifts and weekend work.
