Experience / Qualifications
Juris Doctor Degree
Active California License
3-7 years experience in Employment Law
Plaintiff side Class Action
PAGA
Expertise in wage and hourly employment law regulations and compliance.
Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research on employment law cases.
Proven track record of achieving individual performance targets.
Strong negotiation and mediation skills to represent clients effectively.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to wage disputes.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
