Operating Room RN – Full-Time (3x12s)

Location : Lithonia, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our surgical services team. This role offers a predictable schedule, strong team support, and—most importantly—an exceptional workplace culture.

About Our Cases :

Our primary surgeries include robotics, general surgery, and urology , and we’re actively expanding our service lines. This is a great time to join a growing team and be part of shaping the future of our surgical program.

Schedule :

Full-time, three 12-hour shifts per week

Per 6-week schedule :

One call shift per week (shared among all full-time RN circulators, including the charge nurse)

One weekend call shift (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week schedule

Weekend call is 7 : 00 a.m. – 7 : 00 a.m.

Responsibilities :

Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties

Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment

Collaborate with the surgical team for efficient, high-quality procedures

Assist with room preparation, equipment checks, and documentation

Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and changes

Qualifications :

Active RN license (Georgia or compact)

Minimum 1 year of OR circulating experience preferred

BLS required; ACLS preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced surgical setting
