Our client, an established and growing independent insurance agency , is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to join their team in Georgia (in-office twice per week). This role is ideal for a producer with 3–5 years of commercial P&C experience who excels at prospecting, building client relationships, and closing new business.

• Commercial division actively expanding with new producers and service staff
• Wide market access with 50+ carrier relationships across standard and specialty lines

This is a prime opportunity to join an agency that combines a proven foundation with growth-oriented leadership .

Compensation & Earnings :

Monthly production bonuses (e.g. $1,000 for every $50K new premium bound)

Commission plan begins after $600K new premium is written :

Projected Year 1 earnings : $85K–$95K

Projected Year 2+ earnings : $120K–$150K+ depending on production & retention
