About the Role

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in supporting complex software engineering initiatives with a focus on data visualization and analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large-scale challenges, design scalable solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to consult on high-impact software engineering initiatives.
Analyze and resolve complex, multi-dimensional challenges involving data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support long-term business goals and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and synthesize diverse data sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Collaborate strategically with client teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, demonstrated through one or more of the following :

Professional work or consulting experience

Military service

Formal education or technical training

Proven experience developing with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and data governance best practices.
