Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in the community.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Monitor and observe residents' conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements :

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

Current CPR

Proven experience as a LPN, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
