Salary : $22.40 / hour, bonus eligible

Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday

Role Summary

As a Warehouse I team member, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Job Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Pick and fill orders from stock, adhering strictly to quality and quantity standards.

Pack and ship orders in a manner that guarantees product integrity and customer delight.

Coordinate and prioritize inventory to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Forklift experience required.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proven collaboration skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.

Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.

Proven ability to think and move between strategic and analytical thinking as well as actual execution.

Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material, and keep lines of communication open with state's wholesaler network in order to better sell through products.
