Assembly Media, part of the Daniel J. Edelman (DJE) family of companies, is seeking an Associate Creative Director, copywriter to join our fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the creative voice behind one of the world’s most iconic tech brands—Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Partner with art direction and creative leadership to concept, write, and deliver compelling work across social, digital, video, and experiential channels.
• Create campaign ideas and content that are earned-first, social-by-design, and tuned into culture.
• Collaborate with strategy, influencer, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life at speed and scale.
• Help shape creative responses for new business and ongoing client campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and content directly to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Guide and mentor other writers and creatives as needed while managing multiple projects.

Compensation — $86,000 - $138,000 a year

Note : An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
