This role allows you to provide individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities : Perform the full Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition. Partner with patients, families, and care teams to ensure care goals are met. Document patient assessments, interventions, outcomes, and education accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, quality care. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities. Serve as a resource for patient education and family support.
