• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve workflows and optimize processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to support customer needs.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Respond to customer queries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and strong mathematical skills.
• Solid computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of self-motivation.
• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls.
