Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead daily machining operations within a well-established manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll oversee production performance, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and provide hands-on leadership focused on developing talent and advancing team capability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment challenges, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day CNC operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety targets are consistently met.Oversee programming, setup, and machining processes; troubleshoot fabrication and equipment issues as needed.Develop and maintain training programs to strengthen technical skills and improve productivity.Collaborate with production scheduling and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and drive process efficiency.Maintain accurate records of labor, material movement, and departmental metrics.Provide hands-on leadership focused on developing talent and promoting continuous learning.Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.3–5 years of hands-on CNC or manufacturing leadership experience.Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and machine operation.Solid understanding of tooling selection and machining processes.Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor team members.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in all operations.Preferred Experience
Background in precision manufacturing or component machining.Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives.Familiarity with G-code / M-code programming and CNC control systems (e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Mazak).Demonstrated success implementing process improvements or efficiency projects.Ready to Take the Next Step?
