Student Analyst - Supporting Future Behavior Analysts Without Contract

Student Analyst  Position Overview A Student Analyst is a salaried professional who works under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assist in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, training other team members, and conducting assessments.

This position provides valuable hands-on experience for individuals pursuing education and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while offering stability and benefits of full-time employment.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Annual salary range : $54,000-$58,000 (commensurate with education and experience) Health, vision, and dental insurance 10 paid holidays per year Paid vacation-80 hours 3 paid sick days Flexible scheduling to accommodate coursework Career advancement opportunities Productivity Requirements : Maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week Complete all required documentation for billable services Maintain accurate service records for insurance and compliance purposes Meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality of service Participate in regular productivity reviews Document all billable and non-billable activities according to company policy Adhere to billing guidelines for all funding sources Complete billing documentation within required company documentation policy timeframes Communication Responsibilities : Communicate effectively with parents, RBTs, and BCBAs using company email system Respond to all emails within 24 hours during business days Maintain professional tone and language in all written communications Document all parent interactions in client records Provide clear, concise updates on client progress to team members Follow company email templates and protocols for different types of communication Ensure client confidentiality in all communications Alert supervisors to any communication challenges or urgent matters Participate in email training by modeling and follow best practices for professional communication Use appropriate email etiquette including proper greetings, signatures, and subject lines Forward relevant communications to appropriate team members Communicate with administration or senior BCBA before parents have concerns or problems.  Identify potential concerns for problems Qualifications : Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue undergraduate coursework in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field Interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data Basic understanding of statistical concepts Proficiency with data management software and spreadsheets Willingness to learn ABA principles and techniques Basic computer skills Demonstrated leadership abilities and teaching skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel between multiple locations Must be a Registered Behavior Technician Travel Requirements :
