Description : HWL Requisition : MVHS Inc.-AN-1323 8 WEEKS ONLY\r\n \r\nSubmission Requirements : \r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)\r\n36 hr guarantee \r\nCHARGE NURSE EXP IPREFERRED\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.\r\n2 recent ICU Charge / Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nCurrent AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses.\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Required : EPIC\r\n\r\nJob Description : \r\nUnit : ICU\r\nShift : 6 : 30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)\r\nMust have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex\r\nHeart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!\r\nFloating Required : Yes\r\nScrub Color : Navy\r\nUnit Specifics : \r\nBeds : 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro / Med : 22, CTICU : 6, Surg / Trauma : 14\r\nFloating required if needed : To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)\r\nCommon patient diagnosis : Neuro / Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi\r\nCTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg / Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx\r\nSpecialty equipment used on unit : IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
