Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for CNC Machine Operators in the Smyrna, TN area! This role offers opportunity for growth and advancement. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Select, measure, assemble, and set machine tools such as drill bits and milling or cutting tools using precision gauges and instruments.
• Load control media (e.g., tape, card, or disk) into machine controllers or input commands to retrieve programmed instructions.
• Follow detailed specifications and procedures for tooling setup, machine operation, workpiece dimensions, and programming.
• Initiate automatic operation of CNC machines to fabricate parts or test setup accuracy, workpiece dimensions, and programming integrity.

Required Qualifications :

Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas

Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in a related field

Experience in CNC operation and machine maintenance

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand and walk the production area during the workday

Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout restrictions

Stooping, lifting, and maneuvering heavy or akward materials

Pay rate :

$22.00 + (DOE)

Hours :

First Shift Hours : 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm

Second Shift Hours : 4 : 00pm-12 : 30am
