Automoitve Service Writer.

Boeser Transmission & Auto Inc ., (DBA) Boeser Automotive. A locally owned and operated (33 years) independent auto shop in Savage, MN, is seeking a dedicated, experienced Service Manager to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality service, leading a skilled team, and managing the daily operations of a reputable auto repair shop (Google 4.8 rating), this is the position for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and parts ordering.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and industry standards.
  • Oversee financial aspects of service, including estimates and invoicing.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in service management or similar role in an automotive shop.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
  • Computer and keyboard skills.
