Job Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Shift : Day

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours

Experience : Outpatient experience preferred; New graduates and first-time travelers are welcomed

License : Must have a valid Physical Therapist license

Certifications : Current CPR certification required

Must-Have : Strong commitment to patient care and ability to manage time effectively

Job Description :

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including general orthopedic cases.
• Treat and manage a mix of post-operative patients, work compensation cases, chronic pain issues, and those needing strengthening and balance assistance.
• Meet productivity expectations by conducting 12-14 patient visits per day, with a weekly goal of 60 visits.
• Facilitate double-booking of follow-up visits to maximize patient care opportunities.
• Maintain a high standard of care and ensure all treatments and interactions meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Support and adapt to the changing needs of the practice environment, ensuring all practices are compliant with current protocols and policies.
