Associate Manager Of Operations Management

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking an Associate Manager of Operations Management. This person will be responsible for managing two or more of the following activities related to operations manufacturing, production planning, material planning, manufacturing engineering, test, quality or shipping / receiving / stores.

Essential Functions :

• Supervise a direct labor work force of technicians and operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain consistent shop floor presence - maintain an orderly, disciplined, fair, and positive work environment for all employees.
• Lead team towards common goals - ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance expectations for the department.
• Effectively communicate with direct reports - policies, performance expectations, strategic improvements, etc.
• Effectively engage support functions - day to day issues and strategic improvements.
• Effectively develop work force - recognizing high performers and coaching low performers.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $75,000 - $139,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
