About The Role :

Join Two Maids - Shoreview as an Assistant Manager - Cleaning, where you will play a key role in leading our dedicated cleaning team. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a difference in our clients' lives while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily operations and scheduling of cleaning teams.
• Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites for quality assurance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
• Promote a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement.

Requirements :

• Previous management or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation : $700.00 - $800.00 per week
