We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Magnolia, TX! The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of managing projects and teams. This role involves overseeing job sites, coordinating crews, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project schedules. Candidates must have hands-on construction knowledge and leadership experience, with surveying experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations and job site activities
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure work meets quality, safety, and design standards
  • Conduct site surveys and interpret plans and blueprints
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
  • Experience in surveying and site layout
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Schedule : Full-time
  • Pay : $70,000–$90,000 / yr
  • Location : Magnolia, TX
